front desk receptionist staff very arrogant & too many hairs on the floor in our room and balcony

Staff were very professional and helpful.

Staff can communicate in English very well and friendly.

Toilet smell not good which I had to spray my perfume when I arrived. Problem with the drainage. One of the room not ready when we enter. Lastly, towel. We have to ask for the towel, yet we get the torn ones Overall ok. But not okay with these

1. location not too far from main attraction hatyai city 2. the room is big and spacious 3. rooftop pool is best 4. receptionist is beatiful and polite ! (Thanks to Mukminah!) 5. The supervisor is awesome, helping us alot ! 6. The technician superb responsive

1. lobby is too small 2. not provide the Sejadah for Muslim to pray 3. only got one lift , hard to use when at the peak hours

Value for money

Staff was friendly and accommodative. Except for the soft pillow, the bed was comfortable enough while the room was clean and spacious enough. There was a cafe downstair for convenient though foods were also easily available nearby. There was no issue for us driving there because the hotel offers ample parking space nearby.

I have got issue with soft pillow. Can't comment much on other issue.

Staff very friendly and helpfull during our stay, assist us to get transport and recommmending us place to visit. The location also stregically near to food and shopping spot area. The room spacious with balcony and toiletries is completed. Overall we all enjoyed our stay here.

Big fridge Air con Pool Kettle in room

Only 2 swimming towels available at the pool. The WiFi kept dropping every few minutes and we had to keep re-connecting. The common areas and rooms were not clean.

Very Clean Room and spacious, bonus is the free mini bar.

There is only one key card per room was given to us, so bit inconvenient. Not many food stalls around the hotel area.

Big room, good parking and easy driving to attractions. Staff is helpful and they give free snack on top of the normal bottle water.

There is no chair or coffee table in the balcony. Water pressure for shower is a bit low.

The hotel is super nice! The staffs are friendly and very helpful. One the staffs can speak Malay very well. The pool is amazing. They provide FREE snacks, drinking water and soft drinks everyday. The rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet place and ASEAN Night Market is just 7-8 minutes walking. I will definitely go to this hotel again. There’s one thing though, the rooms are not really soundproof I can literally listen to the people talking in the next room.

You cn rent bike and most of the attraction such as night market, malls, food area are reachable. Parking area is good, not much car parking.

Theres a construction ongoing. Also, the lift doesnt work if youre going down. Need to do a little bit exercise. Not that easy to get tuktuk need to walk a bit further ahead to get the ride. Im sure grab is fine. Overall, i enjoyed my stay. ️

Was asking for connection room but was being question by the front desk on why I never email to PM residence instead of writing a note at your respective WEBSITE! Front desk staffs are not well trained!

Location and the big rooms

Awesome stay with big rooms with a big rooftop pool for families..free mini bar but spoilt by female reception who look like she hates her job

The king size bed n the super single beds was perfect n really comfortable. Free mini bars supplied free snacks n beverage was great. Spacious room with hair dryer, middle size fridge, kettle, simple pantry area.

The cleaniness was not perfect but acceptable as under the bed n at the corners still able to observe dust n dirt. Noise from other room was still able to hear. If breakfast buffet was served then would be really great. No sofa bed as advertised for superior king room, just 2 normal sofas.

I like everything about the property

I don’t like 1 of the staff over there which is the senior and look old lady of the staff at there.. She try to cheat my money and lie to me that I stay until Friday but actually I stay until Saturday.. Lucky I alway have black and white paper for myself if not there no proof.. Which look like whatever lie she can just lie.. I hate the old lady of the reception which work in the morning there.. She also take from me 50baht for make up room on the last day I check out.. she said late check out is 1-3pm is 100baht but why last day she lie to me need to take another make up room of 50 baht? I will boycott this hotel ever again.. I hate LIAR OF THE HOTEL RECEPTION STAFF.. Hotel line shouldn’t have a LIAR TO WORK AT THERE AND TEY TO CHEAT CUSTOMER MONEY.. And take extra money from customer on the last day..

I like the swimming pool very much. Very clean and clear water.

The elevator cannot be used during my stay. I don't know what happened to the eleveator. The kettle in my room was so dirty. Perhaps they change the kettle or wash the heater inside the kettle.
